Upon request, I am happy to be available to work evenings. My day appointments start at 10am.

I am aware cost of living is a concern for many.
Concessionary rates are available, also some clients feel fortnightly appointments helpful.

Looking into finding the right counsellor can feel daunting, I understand how much trust is needed This is why I abide by all ethical rules putting the best interest of my client first.
I have specialised in trauma, anxiety and depression for the last eight years with an integrative, psycho-therapeutic perspective. This means I use a range of techniques that best suit your needs to enable you to reach your goals.
